Background
Du Liping received his PhD from the University of Melbourne. He was a Research Fellow at the National Academy of Educational Administration in China and a Research fellow at Kyoto University. He joined the Institute in 1990 and has taught a wide range of subjects.
Research Interests
Du Liping’s research interests lie in the areas of traditional Chinese medicine , markets and marketing of traditional medicines, traditional pharmacies and local economy in China. He is currently undertaking a research project on medicine markets in China. This study will provide further demonstration of the ways in which marketing interacts with local cultures.
